This Privacy Policy explains how InfinityStorm LLC d/b/a InfinityStorm Systems (“InfinityStorm Systems,” “InfinityStorm,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, submit a form, book a call, communicate with us, purchase services, or use systems we provide.
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide services, operate websites and automation systems, support clients, process payments, send permitted communications, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

If you provide your phone number or email address, we may contact you about your inquiry, booking, project, account, services, billing, onboarding, support, or related business matters.
If you opt in to SMS or marketing communications, you may receive recurring automated or manual text messages, calls, emails, or related communications. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or instructions in the email. Transactional or account-related communications may still be sent where permitted by law.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share limited information with service providers only as needed to deliver messages, operate systems, maintain compliance, or provide requested services.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Square, or similar processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our own servers. Payment processors may collect and process billing information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

No system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting passwords, limiting staff access, maintaining secure devices, and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to an Agency-managed system.
8. Data Retention
We keep information as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, operate our business, maintain records, resolve disputes, collect amounts owed, comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect our rights.
After cancellation or termination, we may retain certain records for legal, accounting, tax, compliance, security, or dispute purposes. Client data in Agency-managed systems may be deleted or anonymized after the applicable offboarding or retention period, subject to technical availability and legal requirements.
9. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or opt-out related to certain personal information.
You may also opt out of marketing communications, update your contact information, or request that we review, correct, or delete certain information, subject to legal, contractual, security, and technical limits.

10. Health-Related Data
Our services are not intended to collect protected health information, medical records, sensitive health data, legal records, financial account data, or PCI cardholder data, except through compliant third-party processors where applicable.
If your business operates in healthcare, wellness, medical, legal, financial, or another regulated field, you are responsible for notifying us before submitting regulated or sensitive data. A separate written agreement, compliance review, or Business Associate Agreement may be required before we can support certain regulated use cases.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it where required.
12. Data Transfers
Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. By using our website or services, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in locations outside your state, province, or country.
